Public Onboarding
This guides you through setting up your email and KEEQuant account. If you experience any issues feel free to get in touch with any of our IT gurus.
E-Mail Account
Your email account is the first system you can access with the credentials that you have received from us. Please log into your email account through the web interface first, and change your password: do not re-use any passwords, and use a trustworthy password manager (ask us which one). Use a very strong randomized password, e.g. 64 bit entropy for master password, 128 bit for managed application passwords such as your email account.

KEEQuant Account
Addressed to your new company email, you have received a reset link for your KEEQuant Single-Sign-On (SSO) account. This will prompt you to initialize your security token, and specify an account password.
- Do not write your token PIN or any reference to yourself or KEEQuant on your token.
- For the account password, don't re-use your email account password. Use a very strong passphrase with at least 128 bit of entropy generated by a password manager.
To continue with the internal onboarding guideline, log into BookStack by clicking Log In at the top right. If you receive an error like "Could not find email address for this user", your KEEQuant Account was very recently created. In this case please wait for the backend to propagate your data.
