Public Onboarding
This guides you through setting up your accounts at KEEQuant. If you experience any issues feel free to get in touch with any of our IT gurus.
E-Mail Account
Your email account is the first system you can access with the credentials that you have received from us. Please log into your email account through the web interface first, and change your password. Don't re-use any passwords, and preferably use a trustworthy password manager and a very strong randomized password.
You can set up your email client with the following information:

KEEQuant Account
You have received a reset email for your KEEQuant Single-Sign-On (SSO) account. This will first prompt you to configure your security token, which you can get from IT. After sucessful token setup, you will be prompted to specify a password. Again, don't re-use your email account password, and use a very strong password preferably with a password manager.
Upon request, you may also additionally configure an OTP token so your phone (e.g. via FreeOTP) may provide the second authentication factor.
You can now access your account overview on accounts.keequant.com.
Under Useful Links you see all major platforms that we use at KEEQuant. If you access one of them, you will be prompted to log in with the SSO. After that you will be able to access all other platforms as well without explicitly logging in to them. Note that your SSO session will stay active for about ten minutes, so it is common practice to log in once when starting the day, and then open all platforms that you regularly use.
Under My Account you can do basic administration of your password, your configured OTPs, and other settings. If you wish to (de-)register an authentication token, please contact IT (particularly important if you've lost your token).
Once you have logged in to the SSO, continue on the internal onboarding guideline.
Chat Rooms / Mattermost
Upon first entering our chat rooms/mattermost at talk.keequant.com, you might be greeted with the message that you haven't joined a team yet. In this case please inform IT that you need to be added.
You might see a couple of public channels that you are by default added to, and depending on your role in the company you will see certain private channels. To discover other public channels that you are not yet member of (but may join if you want), go to the Plus on the top left and hit Browse Channels.
